We completed the SAP S/4HANA 1610 project we realized with Erkiz Mühendislik on July 1, 2017. With the project aiming to ensure reliable data access over a central information source in order to ensure consistency and completeness in the data flow throughout the institution, the integrated structure between the departments required by Erkiz has been established and it has become possible for the proposals prepared for the customers to be stored and archived on the system.

With the S/4HANA transition, Erkiz started to use the project monitoring, cost, production and planning, sales and distribution, human resources and reporting applications in all areas from the financial affairs module, procurement and stock module. Thus, efficiency in all processes was ensured.

The applications, the integration of which we ensured within the framework of the additional processes specific to Erkiz Mühendislik are listed as job order cockpit program, proposal application, Fiori application, e-invoice solution and e-ledger solution.

As a result of the project, all stock controls became able to be completed over the system and the proposals can be given over SAP while production monitoring is realized over the job order cockpit program.

The project, designed on the SAP S/4HANA platform in accordance with the current requirements of Erkiz Mühendislik’s financial and operational processes was initiated on December 2016 and was completed in 7 months by a team of 17.
